Wow, it's been a while since my last post. We haven't been too busy this summer but it's flying by.
Let's see, in the past few months we spent a weekend in Dupont (LOVED it), competed in a couple of MTB races, did a metric century road ride, finished the Aflac Iron Girl Sprint Tri (happy with my time for my first tri & so much fun!), and went to the beach (so very relaxing & no tar balls!).
I'll have to come back and add some pictures later.
We're heading back to Breckenridge in 2 1/2 weeks and we cannot wait! I think it's actually going to be chilly compared to our recently ridiculous GA heat. We have our flights booked and a condo rented but other than that, nothing planned. I'm sure we'll squeeze in some mountain biking and hiking but I think Matt's most excited about Breckenridge Brewery happy hour! :)
This weekend is race 4 of 5 in the Chainbuster series . . . Tribble Mill. It looks like we may get a little bit of a break in the heat & humidity which would be awesome! Then we'll head to Mulberry Gap for Labor Day weekend for the Drama Queen ride. I just love love love MG . . . awesome people, great food and super nice bath houses!!!
That's the short of it . . . hoping to get back to posting more frequently!
