360* Views and a movie!

Sunday's weather was going to be kind of yucky so we went down to Sedona Bike & Bean on Saturday, rented a couple of Santa Cruz Tallboys and hit the trails . . . right out of the shop!

The weather was perfect and the views were spectacular. The trails were super fun and we were back at the shop in under 4 hours including breaks for pictures. It seems like a lot of times when we ride, our heads are down and we're pedal, pedal, pedal so it was nice to be able to take it easy and enjoy this beautiful place.

360* views towards the end of our ride . . .

Sunday was a lazy, rainy day! We went for a 30 minute run up Marg's Draw Trail that starts right down from the condo and did a quick loop down into town and back to the condo.  We had lunch at Taos Cantina . . . the food was okay, only b/c it was luke warm rather than piping hot as I would expect Mexican food to be but the prices were a little steep. After lunch, we played tourist in the shops and picked up some yummy buffalo jerky! We headed to the movie theater to see Sherlock Holmes: The Game of Shadows that afternoon (two thumbs up!) and then home for dinner . . . grilled blue cheese burgers, veggies and risotto.

Today we're hiking to Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and maybe Devil's Bridge. Then if the sun decides to come out today, we'll check out the sunset at Airport Mesa.

Happy Anniversary Matt!  I'm looking forward to the next 10 years!
